One of the surprises-a Dowitcher, but I’m not sure if it’s a long- or short-billed at the same playa.

A Grasshopper Sparrow on Co. Rd. 16.

Another surprise. This is a Solitary Sandpiper at the playa just north of Panhandle TX.
