Vacation

We took a short trip up through Colorado last week,1300 miles driving, 14 miles hiking and sight-seeing (according to my pedometer) 3 new birds for my life list, 6 new craft beers tasted, 1 brewery toured, 1 mountain , 2 motels, 4 days and 3 nights with 1 wife and 4 grown kids, 0 murders.

I was unable to get a photo of the Gray Jay I saw, and only crummy photos of the Townsend’s Warbler, but the Lincoln’s Sparrow was pretty accommodating.

Here’s the crummy photos of the Townsend’s Warbler I saw on a hike outside of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.Townsend's Warbler (1) (1024x733) Townsend's Warbler (2) (1024x712)
